Both cables have a telemetry wire the plug has.to be in the negative side off the esc and when your not running spektrum batteries you dont get all of the telemetry but most of it works you just loose a lot of battery info all you get is voltage.

Hell yeah it was made for that I kept running that every day I loved drifting through that corner it was a blast

lol yup I am glad it did that and not head out to the lake like I thought it was I gave some left aileron and hoped for the best and it came around I shouldnt have flown it with the elevator so out of whack especially in a smaller area I figured its a tough plane and sure enough it took some hits and its fine time to trim that elevator again

It will take a beating for sure lol. I have to reset the elevator trim somehow it got way off I was almost full up trying to keep ot flying

The self destruct button worked again for ejecting all the parts before impact lol

har har I have to reset the elevator dont know how it got so out of trim I had it flying perfect ohh well its in one piece

First I would stay 3s this is a very light rc and 4s will be a handful and its not the most robust rc I follow a facebook group and see a lot of people that modify them need a lot of parts. I am no expert on esc's I put in a Castle sct and its doing good I am happy this thing will wheelie for days now check out the video I did with the upgrade, other than that the Hobby wing 10bl120 or a max 10 should do good for this,

@@L2theWcarscoffeelife oh okay thanks, I was going to get this because everyone is saying it’s super durable, my second option was the rlaarlo Omni terminator and converting it to 4s

If you are dead set on 4s get a Kraton or Outcast or the Syncro4 from Team Corally they are designed to take the power The Omni Terminator is a cool rc and its a nice price you have a real small battery tray and its already a bit to handle on 3s when you want to overpower these things your going to start breaking stuff then it gets expensive to keep it running

@@L2theWcarscoffeelife yea I see what you mean, I don’t really bash too crazy though, I know forsure that the cups on the diffs wear out pretty fast though

Also I won’t get 4s until I add aluminum hop ups in some weak points after I give it a shake down

sucks to hear that so far my only issue has been the front drive cups hopefully these over priced cvd's should do the trick

@L2theWcarscoffeelife oh yea, the metal upgrade does the trick, it should've came with those instead of the plastic cups. The rear and the center cups are gonna need to be upgraded also since they're all plastic.

Push the button that has the 2 arrows that chris cross there are like 3 modes only the one mode will make it work right one mode when you turn the wheel it takes off

This is such a strong rc it does well on 4s it definitely makes it easier to control the sudden power surge is not as strong so it doesn't try to wheelie at 40 mph lol. You can buy these as a roller and install any esc and program it to be a bit milder on 6s. Either way its a great rc its built well

I lost the power button on the first run. This is what Arrma sent me for a warranty. I asked what was up with that. They said its the same exact esc its just a color difference so you can take the older orange ones update the software and you have all the settings as the so called new esc lol. When I called I was pissed it was missing the same settings as what came out I did the updates bam same settings as the black one that came out so they were right its just cosmetic

@@L2theWcarscoffeelife what happens if you don’t have the ability to update it? You would’ve had to buy an ESC program card right? That’s another $30! Sometimes I wonder about Horizon! Anyway glad it worked out for you!

They asked me to try if it didn't work out they would have sent the black one I think they got confused because basically the v2 started out with that esc. Yeah I wouldn't have a programmer if I didn't have so many cars it does come in handy but a regular update off a computer would be nice

Its definitely a problem and nothing I have seen anyone else mention sadly. I have taped up the holes on the bottom and still had sand get in there I am seriously considering cutting open the top of the case so it will just sling it out I dont know but so far every run cas cost me a set if bearings on the center diff

@@L2theWcarscoffeelife yeah I just bought some Arrma bearings from Hobbytown for $8! I’ll probably get the same set you got from Amazon so I have plenty of spare bearings! I tried putting a washer at the end of the driveshaft right where it plugs in at the diff housing to cover up the front of it but it sounds horrible! It might also be coming from underneath where the diff is open and dirt gets in the bottom of the truck! If I figure something out I’ll let you know!

Please do because it is very frustrating. I got some Boca bearings coming they are just the basic sealed ones they have nice ceramic ones but are 30 or 40 a piece! I read an a forum they make great bearings the other ones I got let sand in as well its crazy

I have rolled and bounced off this body too so far so good its pretty solid I dont know if I came up short and hit the concrete or landed on the roof. I know the Kraton will clear that in its sleep lol so I will spare the Big Rock its a great ground and medium jump rc I definitely enjoy it.

Lol its either too cold or when its nice out you have to fight the bugs you cant win but still a good time to run a rc

The suspension is a bit soft so it probably wont launch very well and it definitely will land hard I know the platform can do it easily the Kraton makes it look so easy yeah if I land on that body that will be expensive so no point really I know it can if I wanted to. Cant believe the 4s made it that was incredible

I have not timed it but the videos I shoot I would say 15 minutes probably 20 and thats on the Traxxas batteries 5700 mah you can modify the battery trays to take straps and run bigger if you need more run time

No I dont watch my channel I NEVER keep the factory remote why set it? You NEVER gain more steering setting end points read the manual its to keep the servo from pushing too far straining itself its on the manual read it

Yup it was actually just behind the m.p. barracks on Baines road funny how they made a small post be so long lol Big and Baby Baines we ran up that all the time and it is truly as steep as we remember

Yup it is fun bro I hope you get into flying it is very exciting. I actually shot this video before the new plane arrived so it seems like I just flew it but in reality this was shot before I even had it. Plane might not look cool but its a good trainer it has a lot of glue holding it lol
